Reservation System

Internal Reservation Management

Our reservation system is designed to be simple and efficient, providing both hotels and customers with a hassle-free reservation process. Here we explain how it works:

  1. Reservation Template:

The hotel will provide the client with a reservation template that includes all the data necessary for the transfer. This template must be completed by the customer with the required information, such as name, arrival or departure date and time, flight or train number, and any special requests.

  1. QR Code and Payment link:

Depending on the type of vehicle required (Sedan, Minivan and Luggage Assistance Vehicle), a specific QR code and payment link will be generated. This QR code and/or payment link facilitates the payment process, allowing the customer to carry out the transaction quickly and safely.

  1. Transfers Types:

We offer transfers to and from Barcelona Airport, the Cruise Terminal and the main train stations. Customers can book these services to comfortably reach their hotel or for their return transfer to the airport, terminal or train station.

Vehicle Types:

Sedan (1-3 Passengers)

Our sedan is ideal for trips with 1 to 3 passengers, offering a comfortable and elegant transfer. This vehicle has the capacity to transport up to 2 checked suitcases or 3 carry-on bags. Additional packages or boxes cannot be transported that exceed the physical capacity of the car’s luggage volume.

Minivan (1-7 Passengers)

The minivan is perfect for larger groups, seating 1 to 7 passengers. This spacious vehicle can carry up to 7 checked suitcases or their equivalent in carry-on luggage. As with the sedan, additional packages or boxes cannot be transported that exceed the volume intended for luggage.

Special Luggage Assistance Vehicle

If necessary, we offer a special vehicle dedicated exclusively to the transportation of additional luggage, ensuring that all your luggage reaches your destination safely and efficiently. This service is ideal for large amounts of luggage or special items that do not fit in our standard vehicles.

Reservation Process

  1. Reservation Template:

The client receives the reservation template via email from the Hotel along with the payment and QR links for the necessary types of vehicles and includes us in a Cc or Bcc copy

Arrival or departure estimated time :

The client completes the necessary data in the template.

  1. Sending Information:

It is necessary to respond to the original email by sending the complete reservation template to the hotel and make the payment through the link or QR

  1. Confirmation and Payment:

The reservation is generated and confirmed by scanning the QR or payment link and sending the receipt in the same email.

  1. Booking confirmation:

Once the payment is confirmed, we send a confirmation email to both the client and the hotel, detailing all the information generated, the transfer number and the corresponding voucher, in case you need more than 1 transfer or to reserve the “Return Trip” The client can select from the same link or QR the “amount” of transfers necessary to cover the needs of your transfers.

Cut-off time to make reservations

The minimum time to confirm the reservation is 24 hours. For reservations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the service, we will be subject to availability at the time.

Other destinations

If you need to book transfers other than those established to or from the Hotel, you can do so directly in our reservation form. This procedure has a confirmation time of less than 1 hour from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day.
