The Picasso Museum is the center for the knowledge of the formative years of Pablo Picasso, where 4,251 works that make up the permanent collection are exhibited. The museum also houses the series Las Meninas (1957), as well as a collection of prints.
It is a complex of five palaces that house the largest Picasso Museum in the world and that the artist dedicated to his host city, Barcelona.
Tip: admission is free on Thursday afternoons from 18 to 21.30 h; the first Sunday of each month, from 9 a.m. to 8.30 p.m.; Open days: May 18 and September 24.
